Chairperson Delperdang called for final action on HB2690.

Nick Myers provided a review of HB2690 and responded to questions from the committee.

Chair opened discussion on HB2690 and asked for any amendments.

Representative Hoheisel presented an amendment that authorizes increase in minimum distributions amount. (Attachment3)

Representative Hoheisel made a motion to move the amendment as described for HB2690, seconded by Representative Penn. Motion carried. Requests for recorded vote: Yes- Carmichael.

Chairperson Delperdang asked for further questions or if there were additional amendments.

Representative Neighbor presented a technical balloon amendment.(Attachment4).

Chair asked to have the amendment explained. Nick Myers provided an overview of the amendment.

Representative Neighbor made a motion to move the amendment as described for HB2690, seconded by Representative Roth. Motion carried.

Chair asked committee for further questions on the bill.

Representative Neighbor made a motion to favorably pass out HB2690 as amended, seconded by Representative Roth. Motion carried. Requests for vote recorded: Yes-Carmichael
