Chair Hoheisel opened the informational hearing on HB 2659 and recognized David Wiese, Senior Revisor of Statutes who provided an overview on HB 2659. (Attachment3) A brief question and answer period followed.

Proponents - Chair Hoheisel recognized the following individuals who provided testimony in support of HB 2659:  Representative Robyn Essex, House of Representatives, District 78, (Attachment4), and Representative Laura Williams, House of Representatives, District 30, (Attachment5).    A question and answer period followed.
