80-917. Any township in the state of Kansas owning or operating as trustees a cemetery is authorized and empowered to procure, acquire and control a building to be used as a chapel in connection with such cemetery in which to hold burial or funeral services and such other devotional or religious exercises as the board may, from time to time, allow: Provided, That the title to such chapel shall be vested in the township maintaining such cemetery. |
